Security Updates Effective 03-26-17
Effective 03-26-17, the CNB Mobile Banking App and CNB Touch Banking will no longer support some older mobile connections.
These changes have been implemented at the recommendation of security and compliance experts to allow CNB to provide the most secure online connection for the CNB Mobile Banking applications.
If your Apple device is running iOS version 8.0 or greater, it will not be affected by this security update.
If your Android device is running Android KitKat (version 4.4) Level 20 or greater, it will not be affected by this security update.
If your device is running an older version of Apple's iOS or an older version of Android OS, you will be unable to connect using the CNB Mobile App and the CNB Touch Banking App after 03-26-17. The only workaround is to update the Apple iOS or Android OS on your device to meet the new minimum requirements.
