CNB Bank & Trust, N.A. announces the promotion of Andrew Tinberg to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer, effective April 1, 2020.

Mr. Tinberg has been in banking for 37 years and before being promoted, he held the position of Market President, and then was promoted to Regional President overseeing the management of CNB’s three Chicago-area branches.

Andrew’s experience in, and knowledge of the banking industry is unsurpassed, and his high level of integrity and honesty creates great long-lasting business relationships. He has been described as a hard-worker, who provides excellent service on all fronts, an exceptionally strong leader, and a tremendous advocate of Community banking.

An active member of the community, Mr. Tinberg serves as the current Chairman of the Oak Forest Economic Advisory Commission. He is also a member, and former President, of Rotary. Andrew is a current Board Member and former President of the Chamber of Commerce and a congregational member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Good Sheppard.

Andrew, an alumnus of The Graduate School of Banking at Colorado & Northern Illinois University, resides in Oak Forest with his wife Susan.
