Victor Henson has been working in the financial services industry for 40+ years and has held positions at all levels within the Trust Department. His expertise has allowed him to regularly exceed business goals and maintain hundreds of Trust clients while ensuring proper asset allocation and financial management.
As Trust Officer and Business Development Officer at CNB, Vic is extremely adept at examining a client’s personal situation, helping them to define priorities and goals, and developing a focused plan that will achieve the client’s financial objectives.
Vic says that it is the unique personal customer contact that he most enjoys about his role as an industry professional.
“I enjoy the personal customer contact that comes with being in this position, whether developing new Trust clients or helping my existing clients. I enjoy developing long-term relationships and continually helping my clients meet their financial goals.”
Growing up in Springfield, IL, Vic resides in nearby Jacksonville. He is active in community service throughout the Central Illinois region. Vic is a 19-year member and past treasurer of the Jacksonville Kiwanis Club, past corresponding secretary and board member of the Jubilee Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, and volunteers with the New Directions Meals for the Homeless.
Vic received his MBA and his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Western Illinois University. He is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), having graduated from the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School. He holds Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 Securities Licenses.
