Same Features As Desktop

Bringing all of the features of the new CNB Digital Banking to your phone, the CNB Digital Banking Mobile App lets you manage all of your finances as if you were on desktop--no compromise on services and accessible from a wi-fi or cellular data connection. 

Users will need to be signed up for Digital Banking to enable access.

  1. Visit the App Store using the link below.
  2. Update your CNB app.
  3. Log in with your existing username and password.
  4. Select how you would like to receive your Secure Access Code (SAC).
  5. Enter your Secure Access Code.
  6. Create a new password. 
  7. Enjoy your favorite new way to bank!

Secure Messaging

Secure messaging is a way for personal and business CNB customers to send a message securely from within CNB Digital Banking to CNB staff. This form of messaging is a much more secure method of communication rather than traditional email. All users of CNB Digital Banking product will have access to send and receive messages securely from within CNB Digital Banking with just a single click.

1Contextual Personal Financial Management (cPFM)

cPFM allows monitoring spending and income and will create graphs, charts and reports for personal financial expenditures, all from within CNB Digital Banking. cPFM also allows for creating a budget and report on your Net Worth, Trends, Cash Flow and Debts with expected payoff dates.

1Credit Scores and Education

CNB Digital Banking allows CNB customers to monitor and check their consumer credit scores and reports in real-time. With access to powerful credit analytics tools, users will be able to find ways to improve their credit score and analyze real-world “What ifs?” to see how paying off a bill early or making extra principal payments could help improve their credit scores.

1Card Management (Formerly Card Manager)

CNB Digital Banking’s Card Management is the replacement for the CNB Card Manager Mobile App. With CNB Digital Banking, Card Management is accessible inside of Digital Banking and available on all platforms, not just on Mobile.

How will I login to the new CNB Digital Banking?

To login, click on the CNB Digital Banking button at the top right of your screen and enter your username and password. If it’s the first time you login, the system will ask you to change your password. The system will send you a Secure Access Code via your chosen communications method (Text, Email or voice). You’ll enter the Secure Access Code (SAC) into the system, and you will be logged in.

How do I access CNB Digital Banking on my mobile device?

CNB Digital Banking is available to everyone, even on a mobile device. Simply download the CNB Digital Banking mobile app from your device’s app store and follow the on-screen prompts. Learn more.
